On Tuesday, pupils were given the opportunity to explore the diverse and exciting culture of the Welsh, as part of celebrations held for Saint David's Day.
Children from Form 3 right up to Form 8 met in Mr. Pass's classroom to share some traditional Welsh delicacies (Welsh cakes, Bara Brith and even some leeks!) whilst listening to classic Welsh music including Men of Harlech, the National Anthem and, of course, Sir Tom Jones. Pupils even got the chance to practise the Welsh language, so can now say, "Dwi'n dysgu Cymraeg!" (I'm learning Welsh!)
A "lush" way to spend a lunchtime.
